How to report content on Kreamatic that you believe is illegal, for example on a shared showcase or a casting call. You do not need an account.
Before you start
- You have the address of the page with the content, or you are on the page.
- You can explain briefly why you believe the content is illegal.
Step 1
At the foot of a shared showcase, a casting call and the list of casting calls is the link Report content. It opens the form on the same page, with the page's address filled in. You can also go to Support (/en/support) and choose Go to the form. The address field is then empty, and you paste the address yourself.
Step 2
Choose a Category and write Why do you believe the content is illegal?. The Address of the content must be a page on Kreamatic. Fill in Name and E-mail so we can send you a receipt and our decision. Only a report of child sexual abuse may be sent anonymously. If you are signed in, your name and e-mail are filled in. Tick the box to confirm the information is accurate and complete.
Step 3
Choose Send report. If something is missing, it says so under the field it concerns, and nothing has been sent. Correct the field and send again.
Step 4
The form is replaced by Report received, with the date, time and a reference. If you gave an e-mail, you get the same receipt there, and the address we sent it to is shown in full on its own line below, so you can check that it is right. Keep the reference if you want to ask about the report later.
Result
We have your report, and you have a reference. We review every report and reply by e-mail with our decision.
If something goes wrong
- It says the address is not a page on Kreamatic. Copy the address from your browser's address bar while you are on the page, and paste it again.
- It says we could not confirm that you are a person. Reload the page and send the report again.
- The report did not go through. Try again in a moment, or write to [email protected].
- What happens to my details? Your name and e-mail are used only to reply to you about the report, and are deleted 12 months after the decision.
- Why does the receipt say it is always sent? You are entitled to a confirmation that your report was received, so the receipt goes out whatever you switched off, with a line at the bottom saying why.
