How to create a Kreamatic account, confirm your email and choose whether you use Kreamatic as a performer, an individual or a business.
Before you start
- You need an email address you can open. We send a link there that you must follow.
- If you received an invitation by email, use the link in it. The email address is then locked to the invitation and cannot be changed.
Step 1
Open Create Account. You can choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, or fill in the form below or with email. If you already have an account, choose Sign In at the bottom.
Step 2
Fill in First name, Last name, Email address, Password and Confirm password. The password requirements are shown under the field. Tick that you have read and agree to the terms and the privacy policy: without it you cannot create the account. The box about product updates, news and offers is optional. You can also tick Sign in with a passkey (recommended) if you want to sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or the device PIN instead of a password. Choose Create account.
If you came from a shared Showcase link, we give you access to it once the account is created. If that does not work, you stay on the page Account created with a message saying why. Your account already exists. Choose Try again to get the access, or Continue without access if you would rather move on and ask the person who shared the link to share the Showcase again.
Step 3
You receive an email with a confirmation link. Open it, and read Confirm your email if it does not arrive. After confirming and signing in you must choose an account type before you continue. The page How will you use Kreamatic? has three choices:
- Performer: actor, model, extra, dancer or musician. You must be at least 16.
- Individual: a freelancer who works on productions.
- Business: a production company or agency with several employees. You fill in the business name and country, and choose Create business. You become the administrator, and the business handles billing and storage.
Choose Continue. You can add more later. Finally you can add modules under Add modules (optional), or skip with Go to dashboard: you get a working free account with the basics either way. If you picked a module or a billing period on the pricing page before signing up, we remember the choice all the way through setup.
Result
You have a confirmed account with an account type, and you are on the dashboard.
If something goes wrong
- Registration failed. Try again. Check that you ticked the terms and that the two passwords match.
- The account was created, but you did not get access to the Showcase. Choose Try again. If it keeps failing, choose Continue without access and ask the person who shared the link to share it again.
- You already have an account. Choose Sign In, or reset the password.
