How to confirm your email address, and what to do if the email does not arrive.
Before you start
- You created an account with email and password. With Google the address is already confirmed.
Step 1
After you create the account, the page says Check your email and shows which address we sent to. Open the email from Kreamatic and use the link in it. The page says Email confirmed and takes you on. The next optional step is a passkey: choose Create a passkey, or Skip for now. You can add one later in the settings.
Step 2
If the email does not arrive, do this in order:
- Check spam, and search for "Kreamatic".
- Wait a minute. Some inboxes are slow.
- Choose Resend email. The button is locked for a short while between sends, and the page shows when you can try again. The link in an older email stops working when you get a new one, so always use the newest.
If it says The link did not work, or that the link is expired or already used, choose Send a new link. If it says the link is incomplete, open the newest email and use the whole link: some email programs split long links in two.
Step 3
If you typed the wrong address, choose Start over with another email and create the account again with the right address. If you already have an account with this address, you can sign in or Reset your password.
Result
The email is confirmed, and you can sign in and choose an account type.
If something goes wrong
If nothing arrives still, or you get an error code, contact support and give the code.
