Get started as an individual

Individual is for freelancers who work on productions. You have your own account and own what you make.

Create the account

Follow Create an account and choose an account type and choose Individual. Confirm the email first.

First three steps

  1. Sign in and go to the dashboard.
  2. Add the modules you need under Add modules (optional), or later. Read Subscription and payment.
  3. Create your first project, and accept invitations from others.

What you need to use a module is in the article about that module. You get a free account with the basics either way.

Business is for production companies and agencies with several employees. The business owns the content and handles billing and storage. There is no setting for this when you create the business: what members create belongs to the business. A member who has their own subscription to a module can still choose to create something private.

How to activate modules

Kreamatic is built from modules, for example Locations, Casting, Projects, Tasks and Time & Expenses. You get a working free account with the basics, and add the modules you need. Each module has its own plans, and some modules have add-on modules that are bought separately.
