Get started as a business

Business is for production companies and agencies with several employees. The business owns the content and handles billing and storage. There is no setting for this when you create the business: what members create belongs to the business. A member who has their own subscription to a module can still choose to create something private.

Create the account

Follow Create an account and choose an account type and choose Business. Fill in the business name and country, and choose Create business. You become the administrator. Company email and registration number are optional.

First three steps

  1. Add the modules the business will use under Add modules (optional). They are bought for the business, and everyone in the business can get access.
  2. Invite your colleagues and give them access to the modules on the Users page. Colleagues without the administrator role cannot buy modules themselves.
  3. Check billing and subscriptions: Subscription and payment.

On to the modules

If you are the only administrator, you should give a colleague the administrator role. See Delete your account and download your data.

How to activate modules

Kreamatic is built from modules, for example Locations, Casting, Projects, Tasks and Time & Expenses. You get a working free account with the basics, and add the modules you need. Each module has its own plans, and some modules have add-on modules that are bought separately.
