What you get in Casting
Casting Catalog
The company's shared performer catalogue with notes, tags and internal status. Only owners and administrators see fee notes.
Casting Showcase
Put performers and groups together, share with the client and collect ratings and a shortlist.
Casting calls
Make a draft, open it for applications and close it when the deadline has passed. Open calls get a public page.
Performer portal
Performers have their own profile with photos and video, and see their applications in one place.
Consent under GDPR
Consent is collected where it is needed, so personal data about performers is handled properly.

How it is used in a production
- 01Collect performers
Add them to the catalogue, or open a casting call and let the applications come in.
- 02Make a shortlist
Put together a Casting Showcase with the performers who fit, and mark them for the shortlist.
- 03Share with the client

The rest of the platform
The modules work together, so what you add in one can be used in the others.
Questions and answers
Who sees the performers in the catalogue?
Everyone at the company with access to Casting sees the same performers, notes and tags. Members with view access can read but not change. Other companies see nothing.
What statuses does a casting call have?
A call is a draft until it is opened, open while it takes applications, and closed once it stops. Closing a call needs confirmation.
What does a performer see?
The performer manages profile, photos, video and applications in their own portal. Agencies and their teams see the profile and media, but never the performer's private notes.
