Timesheets
Log hours for a period, send the sheet in and follow its status from draft to approved.
Expenses with receipt
Attach the receipt. The app suggests amount, currency, date and supplier, and you choose whether to use the suggestion.
Currency
Expenses in another currency are converted, so the amounts can be entered in the invoice basis currency.
Approval
The company's sheets go to an administrator for approval. You follow the status yourself.
Invoice basis
Approved lines are collected in an invoice basis that is sent to whoever pays.

Questions and answers
Who approves timesheets and expenses?
A sheet that belongs to the company is approved by an administrator at the company. A personal sheet is closed by its owner.
What if a sent invoice basis needs to be corrected?
A sent basis is never changed. You reopen it, which frees the lines, and make a new basis that shows which one it replaces.
Can I photograph the receipt with my phone?
Yes. The receipt is read and gives a suggestion for amount, currency, date and supplier. The suggestion never overwrites what you typed yourself.
