What does a crew member see?

The crew member gets their own page with their days in the project and their answer on each published day plan, with a button to confirm.

Can I change a day plan after it is sent?

Yes. A published version is never changed, it is the record of what the crew received. If you change the day, you publish a new version.

Who sees the budget?

Only those who have been given budget access in the project. What each person can see and do follows their role in the project.
