Categories and properties
Tick the properties of each place and sort by category, so you can find the right place again.
Address and map
The address is a link that opens Google Maps. If a place only has coordinates, those are shown.
Private or shared with the company
A folder you create is yours alone until you share it with the company. Other companies see nothing.
AI tagging of photos
Photos can be tagged automatically, and video plays directly in the catalogue.

Questions and answers
Who sees the places I add?
A folder you create is private until you share it with the company. Folders that belong to the company are seen by colleagues with access to Location. People at other companies see none of them.
What happens when I delete a folder?
You are asked first. The folder goes to the recycle bin and is only removed for good when the bin is emptied.
Can I show the places to the client?
Yes. Pick the places you want to show and create a Location Showcase. The client opens it on a link and does not need an account.
